Want yogurt? Try coconut yogurt.

Prep Time: 24 – 48 hours


  1.  1 can of coconut milk (Full FAT)
  2. A couple of probiotic capsules


This is a 3-step process:

1) Empty coconut milk into a clean glass jar or bowl.

2) Open two probiotic capsules and add the powder inside to the coconut milk and and stir.

3) Cover with cheesecloth and wait.  Leave on counter.  Do not refrigerate until the yogurt is ready (24 to 48 hours).

Once ready to eat, add your favorite seasonal fruit, chai seeds, Raw honey, maple syrup. Best part is you can make batches and snack on it.
