Cantaloupe has been one of my favorite fruits since I was a little girl. It’s also one of the cheapest and you get a lot of bang for your buck because it goes a long way!
Cantaloupe juice is tasty, cool, and refreshing, but check this out it is also a good source of vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin A, and folate. This melon is very high in vitamin C. Because of this, one of the main benefits is the fact that it is loaded with immune system boosting nutrients and various antioxidants.
