Sometimes we all need a drink! Since I am not big on alcohol, my drink of choice is Lavender Tea. It has an instant calming effect, much like drinking a glass of wine. Only it has more health benefits. So, while my nerves are getting calm it’s also great for self-care. 

I wish someone would have told me about this in my 20’s. Not only is alcohol not great for your kidneys and liver, but it helps age us as well.

It took me until I was in my 40s to learn we have natural alternatives. I’m so in love, I have a whole lavender garden. Your body and mind need to be able to rest to heal. When something induces calm, it also improves your sleep. Your body can’t heal itself if you aren’t getting proper rest. Lavender is known to reduce inflammation. It is known to help detoxify the body while supporting digestion and help with respiratory issues. Perfect for year-round.

Lavender also improves your skin health, who doesn’t want beautiful glowing skin.
