I know, I know, Sistas.  Here I go back to aloe vera juice, but it has so many benefits. I’m not talking about the aloe vera juice with sugar added and the cute pulp in it. I’m talking about 98% aloe vera and above, which can be found in the laxative aisle of most stores like Walmart or CVS. Once you get over the taste, you will love what it does for your body inside and out. Drinking a cup of aloe vera juice a day boosts hair growth and it aids follicles to retain moisture.

Aloe gel applied to the scalp removes dead skin cells and clears excess sebum which can contribute to hair loss and poor hair health. It prevents itching on the scalp and reduces dandruff.

Combined internal and external aloe vera hair support is amazing.

Cherry, almonds and rosemary also have great benefits for your hair.

Eating cherries gives you all the vitamins that promote hair growth.

Did you know massaging rosemary oil into your scalp also promotes hair growth? Leave on at least a half hour before you rinse out if you don’t want to leave it in.

Did you know almonds stimulate hair growth? This is why one of my favorite oils is our Cherry RoseMary oil, which can be found on
